Sarthak is an internationally trained lawyer and is currently an articling student with the firm since August 2022. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Delhi University and a master’s degree in law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in India. His love for knowledge and learning spurred him to earning another Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and a master’s degree in Commerce from Indria Gandhi National Open University in India as well.
He began his legal career in Canada in May 2022 when he joined as a legal assistant. He has also earned the NCA qualifying certificate from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2019. He has also successfully completed the Practice Readiness Education Program offered by the Canadian Centre for Professional Legal Education. This qualified him to begin his articling position with the firm since August 2022.
Sarthak has shown skilled expertise in Corporate Law, Wills and Estates, and Family law. He provides legal support in these areas under the guardianship of the firm’s partner Atinder Uppal.
